SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND WILL BE SHIPPED APPROXIMATELY 1-3 WEEKS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Orders purchased with Standard Shipping will be shipped with a tracking number through First Class USPS. First Class typically takes 3-5 business days after processing by the USPS. Please allow 6-10 business days based on inconsistent delivery times with the USPS.
Orders purchased with Priority Shipping will be shipped with a tracking number through Priority Shipping by the USPS. Orders that weigh 1lb or more have to be shipped with Priority based on USPS regulations. Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after processing by the USPS. Please allow 3-8 business days based on inconsistent delivery times with the USPS.
Orders purchased with International Shipping will be shipped with a tracking number through First Class by the USPS. First Class shipping for International packages typically takes 6-10 business days after processing by the USPS, but please allow up to 3 weeks based on customs and inconsistent delivery times with the USPS.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for errors made by the United States Postal Service but we understand how frustrating this can be. If you have concerns about your package, please contact the USPS with your tracking number for further assistance. Exchanges are considered on a customer to customer basis. Please contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order and we will follow up with how we can help to resolve the problem. Items must be in the same condition as they were when received. We can't accept exchanges or returns on damaged goods by the USPS. We package our items very carefully to guarantee safe arrival.
